ATTENTION TO ALL INTERNET BANKING USERS

MUCU is upgrading our internet banking software on the 25th August 2008. This upgrade will result in the internet banking being unavailable from 1.00pm Monday 25th August 2008 until 9.00am Tuesday 26th August 2008.

Following the upgrade you will be able to log in using your existing username and password. When you login for the first time you will be asked to select 3 icons that will make up your Factor2 password for additional security.

All saved favorites and future payments will be moved across in the conversion so you will not lose any of your current information in the changeover.

Following conversion if you cannot login please contact us via phone 03 8344 6826 or via email and we will issue you with a new password to enable you to access the system.
